Controlling

In dieser Veranstaltung werden die Studierenden in die Aufgaben und Instrumente des Controllings eingeführt. Der Controller wird zunehmend als Business Partner der Führungsebene von Unternehmen verstanden. Demzufolge basiert diese Veranstaltung auf der koordinationsorientierten Controlling-Konzeption, wonach die Aufgabe des Controllings in der Koordination des Führungssystems besteht. Damit erlernen die Studierenden in dieser Veranstaltung die Aufgaben und Instrumente einer Koordination des Informationssystems, der Planung, der Kontrolle, der Personalführung und der Organisation. Außerdem werden übergreifende Koordinationsinstrumente wie beispielsweise Budgetierungssysteme, Kennzahlen- und Zielsysteme sowie Verrechnungspreissysteme thematisiert. In this course, students are introduced to the tasks and tools of controlling. Controllers are increasingly viewed as business partners of corporate management. Accordingly, this course is based on the coordination-oriented controlling concept, according to which the task of controlling is to coordinate the management system. Thus, in this course, students learn the tasks and tools of coordinating information systems, planning, control, personnel management, and organization. Furthermore, overarching coordination tools such as budgeting systems, key performance indicator and target systems, and transfer pricing systems are addressed.
