The course The Radiation Biophysics Course provides an introduction to the broad field of radiation effects, with particular emphasis on the medical applications. Audience The course is ideal for students in physics or medical technology (Medizintechnik) with an interest in radiation medicine or radiation protection. It is an excellent base also for students thinking to pursue a career as medical physicist in clinics. Language and material The course is given in English two times per week and all course material is uploaded on TUCaN. Because the course is very broad and there is not a single textbook covering all the aspects (even if a few are suggested below), attending the lectures is very important to pass the written exam (Klausur).
