This seminar will discuss topics ranging from effective theories to many-body physics with applications to few- and many-body systems. The topics include pionless effective field theory, three-body forces, dilute Fermi gas, renormalization group and decoupling, in-medium similarity renormalization group, Fermi liquid theory, superfluidity, unitary Fermi gas. The participants will design and give a presentation on one of these topics and will participate actively in the discussions of the seminar.
