Course content

Die Entwicklung der Synthesechemie im Wandel der Zeit, Umkehr der Denkrichtung von der Synthese zur Retrosynthese (Corey), Nomenklatur und Strategien der Retrosynthese (normale und umgepolte Reaktivität, structure goal, transform goal, strategische Ein- und Zweibindungsspaltungen, Ursachen molekularer Komplexität und ihre Reduktion), exemplarische Anwendung der topologiebasierten Retrosynthese (Longifolen), stereochemische Strategien, multistrategische Analyse ausgewählter Zielmoleküle.
