Course content

fakultative Vorlesung für Master- und andere interessierte Studenten und Doktoranden. Der vermittelte Stoff schliesst sich an den B.IAG Kurs an und behandelt weitere NMR spektroskopische Methoden die dort nicht besprochen wurden. Schwerpunkte sind: - Aufbau NMR Spektrometer und Probenköpfe - Pulslängenbestimmung - Polarisationstransferexperimente - quantitative NMR Spektroskopie - dipolare Wechselwirkungen (NOE) - dynamische NMR Spektroskopie - Heterokern NMR
