Course content

Enzymkinetik: Bestimmung der katalytischen Konstante von Serinproteasen, pH Optimum, Wechselzahl, kompetitive und nicht-kompetitive Inhibition. Isolierung der ß-Galaktosidase aus Hefe: Zellaufschluß, Chromatographie, Aktivitätsbestimmung, SDS-PAGE; Molekulargenetik: Isolierung von Plasmid-DNS, Restriktionsanalyse, Agarosegelelektrophorese; Isolierung chromosomaler DNS, Nachweis gentechnisch veränderter Sequenzen mittels PCR; Herstellung kompetenter E.coli Zellen, DNS-Klonierung
