Strukturelle Grundlagen der Signaltransduktion - Grundlagen der Signaltransduktion und der zellulären Kommunikation, inkl. des strukturellen Verständnis der zugrundeliegenden biochemischen Mechanismen - Einführung in die wichtigsten Rezeptorklassen (GPCR, Ionenkanäle, Tyrosinrezeptorkinasen, Nukleare Rezeptoren), der wichtigsten Sekundärbotenstoffe und der assoziierten Enyzme (cAMP, IP, DAG, CA2+, NO), grundlegende biochemische Mechanismen der Informationsweitergabe (Allosterie, Konformationsänderungen, kovalente Modifikationen), - Vorstellung der wichtigsten Signaltransduktionskaskaden und Netzwerke (Endokrinologie, Blutgerinnung, Apoptose, Autophagy, Zellzyklus, Ubiquitin/Proteasom-System, neuronale Kommunikation, Epigenetik).
