Course content

Funktions- und Sequenzraum von Biokatalysatoren, Methoden der Zufallsmutagenese und Gen-Shuffling, Selektion, Screeningmethoden, Entwicklung von Enzymassays. Anwendungsbeispiele aus verschiedenen Enzymklassen hinsichtlich unterschiedlicher Funktionsparameter (Thermostabilität, Substrattoleranz, Stereoselektivität, etc.) Vergleich mit anderen Designer-Katalysatoren (Katalytische Antikörper, Ribozyme, Designer Bugs, Kombinatorische Biokatalyse)
