Course content

Einführung in die modernen Methoden der Chemischen Biologie; Chemische Synthese und Biosynthese von wichtigen Naturstoffklassen und deren biologischen Wirkungen. Peptide, Peptido-Mimetika, Festphasensynthese, Kombinatorische Chemie Kombinatorische Biosynthese, Kontrolle von Proteinfunktion durch in vivo "reverse chemical genetics". Chemie-basierte Indikatoren der Proteinaktivität.
