Course content

Modulinhalte /Prüfungsanforderungen: Basiswissen zur chromatografischen Stofftrennung sowie von molekülspektroskopischen und massenspektrometrischen Methoden zur Strukturaufklärung. Grundlagen der Gas- und Flüssigchromatografie (Dünnschicht- bis HPLC). Theorie und Anwendung der UV-Vis-, Raman-, Infrarot- und Kernresonanz-Spektroskopie sowie der Massenspektrometrie zur Strukturaufklärung chemischer Verbindungen in Übungen und Praktika.
