Im Vorlesungsteil werden die Methoden der molekularen Zellbiologie mit folgenden Schwerpunkten behandelt: · DNA und Nukleinsäuren: Struktur, Funktion, Isolation und Analytik. · Proteine: Struktur, Funktion und Analytik. · Antikörper und Immunassays. · Zellkultur und Zellaufschluss. · Mikroskopie: Prinzipien und Anwendungen der Durchlicht-, Fluoreszenz- und Konfokalmikroskopie.
