Course content

Einführung in die Transmissionselektronenmikroskopie, technischer Aufbau des TEM, Wechselwirkung Elektron/Materie, Beugung, konvergente Beugung, Hellfeld-, Dunkelfeldabbildung, Kontrastentstehung an Defekten, Phasenkontrast, Hochauflösung, Interpretation von TEM-Abbildungen (in Hinblick auf Gefüge-Eigenschafts-Korrelation).
