- Ice sheet, ice stream-glacier systems and their dynamics - Structure of ice and constitutive relations - Balance equations of ice sheets and glaciers, boundary conditions and approximations - Processes in ice sheets: firn densification, sliding, calving and ice sheet hydrology - recent research topics in ice sheet dynamics and stability
