This module focuses on the methodological competencies needed to engage critically and practically with sustainable mobility challenges. Students learn and apply methods for triangulating knowledge, skills and values from diverse sources, engage directly with practitioners during the UNITE! Sustainable Mobility Forum, and develop strategies on how to measure progress towards sustainable mobility. • Methods and measurements for sustainable mobility • Mobility Futures and Foresight Methods • Participatory Methods for Stakeholder Engagement • Critical Debate Techniques by triangulating knowledge, skills and values Learning Outcomes: Students are able to: • Measure sustainable mobility • Engage in professional, evidence-based debates on measuring progress towards sustainable mobility. • Triangulate methods to analyze complex transport challenges across varying contexts and discourses on their sustainability merits. • Formulate realistic and innovative tracking solutions for sustainable mobility challenges. • Formulate sophisticated, challenging and measurable questions for professional discourse in academia, policy, and industry. • Argue for sustainable mobility solutions grounded in measurable empirical evidence.
