Einführung in Finite Element Method (FEM), einfache Beispiele für Auslegung von elektromagnetischen Geräten in 2D mit FEM, 2D elektro-magnetische Auslegung von Transformatoren, Drehstrommaschinen, Permanentmagnet-Maschinen; Wirbelstrom in Käfigläufermaschinen (Beispiel: Windgenerator); Kühlsysteme und thermische Auslegung: Berechnung von Temperaturverteilung in Leistungsgeräten
