Die Vorlesung schafft einen Überblick über die Technologien der Nanoelektronik: Herstellung von Bauelementen auf der Nanometer-Skala Nanomaterialien: Quantenpunkte, Nanodrähte, 2D-Materialien (z.B. Graphen) Quantenmetrologisches Dreieck (Einzelelektronen-Transistor, Quanten-Hall-Effekt, Josephson-Effekt) FinFET-Transistoren und andere Nanobauelemente
